2. Counter Notification

- Your name, address, and phone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a court in your region (or where Dash.Monster operates) for resolution.
Upon receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the content in accordance with the DMCA.
3. Repeat Infringers
Dash.Monster reserves the right to disable or remove access to content from users or developers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
